What we collect, and why
This page describes, in plain words, what information this website handles. It's short because we collect very little.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive what you type: your name, phone number, suburb, the service you picked, your message, and an email address if you choose to leave one. We use it for exactly one purpose: responding to your enquiry and arranging the work you asked about. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is the only sharing we do. We don't sell enquiry details, add you to marketing lists, or send newsletters.
What we don't collect
The site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics profiles on you. There are no social-media pixels. Reading any page of this site sends us nothing about you.
The plumbing, honestly described
- Pages and the enquiry endpoint are served through a hosting provider's infrastructure, which handles requests the way all web hosting does (standard server logs, kept briefly for security and reliability).
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page loads.
- Anti-spam protection on the enquiry form may verify that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot; that verification processes request metadata, not your form contents.
Holding and removing your details
Enquiry details are kept only as long as they're useful for handling your job and our records of it. If you'd like what you sent us corrected or deleted, reply through the enquiry form saying so, with the name and phone number you originally used, and we'll take care of it.
