Tell us about the door
Three things get an enquiry moving fast: the suburb, what the door is doing (or what you're planning), and a number to call you back on. Everything else can wait for the conversation. The form is the channel; we read every enquiry and come back to you about the right next step.
If it's urgent
Pick "urgent repair" above and say so in the message. A snapped spring or a door off its track means the door should not be operated at all, even by hand; the remaining hardware is carrying loads it wasn't designed for.
What happens next
We read the enquiry, call you back to talk through the symptom or the plan, and agree the visit. Repairs are priced on site before any work starts; new doors get a written quote after the free measure. No price appears out of thin air, because none exists until the door's been seen.
